Where Notion is genuinely better
Be honest: if your work lives in databases, Notion is not close to being matched. Product roadmaps, CRMs, content calendars, anything relational. Notion's template gallery, integrations, and mobile apps are years ahead. For a company wiki or a structured knowledge base that many people read, Notion is the safer call today.
